Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada where I pursued my post-secondary education, and now residing in hot and humid Houston, TX.
I’d consider myself a professional student who just can’t get enough. This has translated into my multi-passion entrepreneurial spirit, resulting in numerous successful businesses over the years, including a holistic wellness and nutrition practice, real estate, boutique dessert shops, a packaging company, and more.
But my true passion lies in YOU!
No matter what I have achieved, I have always spent numerous hours of my week educating, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their dreams and live their best life.
With this taking up more and more of my time, and my realization that this is truly what lights me up inside, I’ve made it my mission to make this my life’s work.
My educational background in Pharmacology and Holistic Nutrition has been a foundation for my development. Along with a spiritual awakening and my love for Chinese Metaphysics, I have developed a program for EVERYONE who wants to have it all.
